Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

  If you don’t know yet, I’m sure you will soon realize that I have quite the sweet-tooth! Today I experimented with trying to make a “healthier” cookie …. perhaps I should say “a better for you” cookie. I got some help from 83 Healthy Recipe Substitutions to replace some ingredients with a healthier one. I now give you, the Banana Chocolate Chip “better for you” Cookie! They remind me of the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies I made! Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have been craving these since I got back home from Colorado! However, I was never able to make them until now. I was a little worried, my family didn’t seem to think that they would be very yummy; but I made them yesterday, and now they are gone!!!! These make a very soft cookie, and as you can tell from the picture on the left, the cookies do not flatten as you bake them.
