Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have been craving these since I got back home from Colorado! However, I was never able to make them until now. I was a little worried, my family didn’t seem to think that they would be very yummy; but I made them yesterday, and now they are gone!!!! These make a very soft cookie, and as you can tell from the picture on the left, the cookies do not flatten as you bake them. Red Velvet Brownies

For the Brownies: 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder 1 oz Red Food Coloring 2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Butter, room temp 1 1/2 cups Sugar 2 Large Eggs 1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour 1/4 teaspoon salt For the Decorations: Paper Powdered Sugar Small Strainer *Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8″ square pan with baking spray. *Bake for 30-40 minutes.
